Fit the building programme
First fix, second fix and commissioning need to work with the wider refurbishment. We coordinate the plumbing stages with your builder, including routes for water and waste services and space for plant. Involve us early so the system can be considered before layouts are finalised.
Make maintenance practical
Accessible fittings and sensible isolation help make future maintenance easier. We discuss durable, serviceable choices and provide the commissioning and gas safety paperwork relevant to the agreed work. The exact documents and responsibilities are set out with the project scope.
