Cold spots and poor circulation can have different causes. We assess the symptoms before recommending work. A fitted magnetic filter helps collect magnetic debris during use, but fitting one is not a system flush and will not resolve every heating fault.

We install and upgrade controls, including smart controls and zoning where suitable. Compatibility matters: your boiler, hot water arrangement and household routine all influence the choice. We explain the controls at handover so you can set up a schedule that works for you.

We fit magnetic filters to suitable heating systems. We assess the pipework, installation position and maintenance access, then explain the proposed work.
